2h agoRestaurants from all over Rahway showed off their dishes at a Taste of Spring festival on Friday.
The sold-out event, now in its 20th year, had everything from authentic Italian and Mexican to Peruvian and Cuban dishes.
A variety of liquors for those 21 and over, including rum, vodka and specialty beer tastings, were also at the festival.
