Prosecutor’s report finds dozens of violations by former Bradley Beach police chief

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office released to the public a report outlining numerous violations by the just-retired Bradley Beach police chief.

The report outlines a total of nine incidents and dozens of violations by Chief Leonard Guida from July 2022 through November 2023.

Body-camera video from the most recent incident showed Guida interrupting a DWI crash investigation and getting into a physical altercation with another officer.
