Prosecutor's office: 2 dead in apparent Jersey City murder-suicide

Authorities say two people are dead in what appears to have been a murder-suicide in Jersey City on Sunday morning.

Prosecutor's office: 2 dead in apparent Jersey City murder-suicide
Authorities say two people are dead in what appears to have been a murder-suicide in Jersey City on Sunday morning.
The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office says Jersey City police responded to a report of a possible suicide attempt in the Hudson River near Montgomery Street around 8 a.m.
When police arrived, they say they found 37-year-old Man Mohan Mall, of Jersey City, in the river near Montgomery Street and Exchange Place.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. 
Police also responded to his home on Christopher Columbus Drive where they found 35-year-old Garima Kothari. with apparent trauma to her upper body. Kothari was also a resident of the home. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
