A 35-year-old man was killed in a shooting that occurred Thursday night in Newark.
Authorities say multiple people were shot on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard just before 6:30 p.m.
The Essex County Prosecutor's Office says Sabree Gantt died as a result of the shooting. Another victim is currently in stable condition at a hospital.
