A Waldwick man is accused of sexually assaulting a teen in the town.

The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office says that 37-year-old Ryan Malillo assaulted a teen between the ages of 13 and 16.

Malillo was charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held at the Bergen County Jail pending a court appearance.
