The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office announced Saturday night that a vehicle involved in fatal hit-and-run in Jersey City was located.
Authorities, however, were still looking for the driver as of Saturday night.
The crash that killed 85-year-old Mumtaz Chaudhry, of Jersey City, happened Friday night in the area of Fairview Avenue and Monticello Avenue.
Jersey City police ask anyone with information to give them a call at (201) 547-5477.
This hit-and-run came on the heels of a car crash in which three people were killed on Paterson Plank Road on Monday.
These recent incidents have residents concerned about their safety on the roadways.
