A man has been killed and a woman injured in a stabbing incident in Jersey City.

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office says that Jersey City police officers responded around 6:40 a.m. Tuesday to reports of an attack on the 100 block of Clinton Avenue. It was there that they found a 22-year-old woman who was stabbed. She was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

Police were then called around 10 a.m. to the 100 block of McAdoo Avenue for another report of a stabbing. Police found the body of 21-year-old Jason Khusial, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation revealed that Khusial was initially injured during the Clinton Avenue attack.

No arrests have been made.
