Prosecutor: Jackson Township man accused of fatally stabbing roommate

A Jackson Township man accused of fatally stabbing his roommate is facing charges for murder and weapon possession, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police say they responded to a home Friday on Maple Street after receiving a call about an unconscious man.
Upon arrival, they found Robert Sunris with a stab wound and observed a knife near his body.
Authorities say his roommate, Louis Gargiso, was arrested at the scene of the incident.
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office says Garsigo is awaiting a detention hearing.
