A shooting Wednesday night in Middlesex County left one teen dead and another injured.

WATCH: Reporter Tony Caputo is live on the scene.

Authorities say that police responded near the Renaissance Glen Apartments on Marc Drive in North Brunswick around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday for reports of a shooting. When police arrived, they found a 17-year-old with a gunshot wound. He is expected to be OK.

Police later found 18-year-old Marc Atkins, of Plainfield, who had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
