An 18-year-old Weehawken woman is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old boy.

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office says the woman – whose name was not released to protect the identity of the victim – was arrested on Tuesday.

Officials say that the crimes occurred on various dates at Weehawken High School – where both are students.

The 18-year-old is charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sexual contact.

She is being held at the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending her first court appearance.
