A grand jury has indicted a recently ordained priest on sex charges in a case involving a 13-year-old girl.
According to Morris County prosecutors, Marcin Nurek groped the teenager last summer.
Nurek was charged with criminal sexual contact and child endangerment.
The Diocese of Paterson put the priest on administrative leave after his arrest back in August.
