NJ Transit says power has been restored in and out of Penn Station New York after an Amtrak outage.
The outage was reported at 5 p.m.

NJ Transit had suspended all trains. Amtrak trains were also affected.
Power was restored about two hours later, but there were many delays and frustrated commuters.
