A political scientist evaluated Gov. Phil Murphy’s final State of the State address, which highlighted his view that New Jersey is better off after eight years in office.

Micah Rasmussen, director of the Rebovich Institute for New Jersey Politics at Rider University, analyzed the governor’s remarks during an appearance on News 12 this morning.

Murphy spoke before members of the state government as he delivered his farewell address.
