Authorities say a New York woman has died after her car veered off the Garden State Parkway and struck a tree in northern New Jersey.
The Record reports the crash occurred around 7:45 p.m. Monday in the northbound lanes of the Parkway in Woodcliff Lake. State police say the woman was the vehicle's only occupant.
Authorities didn't immediately identify the victim.
It's unclear what led up to the crash.
