According to police, the homeowner, Jeffrey Davis Jr., charged admission for people to attend. Davis was warned by police prior of the potential violations.
Police say attendees were observed not wearing face masks and not practicing social distancing.
Loud music was also playing in violation of the Gloucester Township noise ordinance, and eight vehicles were ticketed for parking violations. Upon the attendees exiting, crowds littered the street with trash.
