Police: Suspects wanted for firing gun during argument in Newark

Detectives say they believe the suspects were riding a scooter near Dickerson and Hecker streets before getting into an argument with people in the area.

The scooter passenger then pulled out a gun and began shooting.

The bullets struck a parked car and an apartment building.
