Police seek public’s help identifying man who robbed Lopatcong credit union

Police say a man walked into the First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union on Baltimore Street around 9:50 a.m. Wednesday and demanded money.

The Lopatcong Police Department is investigating a robbery at the credit union in town Wednesday morning.

Police say a man walked into the First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union on Baltimore Street around 9:50 a.m. and demanded money from the teller.

The man was seen wearing a black baseball cap, glasses and a checkered shirt.

Police say there were no other robbery attempts at any other area banks around this time.

Anyone who might recognize the man or anyone who may have information about the robbery is urged to call the Lopatcong Township Police Department at 908-859-1212 or the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Tip Line at 908-475-6643.
