(05/21/07) JERSEY CITY ? Police are searching for the suspected gunman in a fatal shooting that took place in Jersey City.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for Samard Campbell, who goes by the name "Marty." They say Campbell shot and killed 28-year-old Toby Lewis Sunday night.
The shooting took place in the courtyard area of the Booker T. Washington housing complex on Fremont Street. Neighbors said they heard shots ring out around midnight.
The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information should call the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
