Police: Mother acted as getaway driver while son burglarized Clifton jeweler
Officials have arrested Juana Miranda. Her son Iver Vera-Miranda was originally charged in connection to the burglary in November.

Police have made another arrest in connection to a jewelry store burglary in Clifton in November.
Iver Vera-Miranda was originally charged in connection to the burglary at Morre Lyons Jewelers. Police say Vera-Miranda was arrested after he was allegedly found hiding in a nearby business’s basement with about $ 93,000 worth of stolen jewelry.
Police say they have now arrested Vera-Miranda’s mother, Juana Miranda. They have accused her of being the getaway driver.
Both are facing multiple charges.
