Rutgers University police are trying to identify a man accused of exposing his genitals to a woman while they were riding on a university bus on Monday afternoon on the Livingston campus.

Police say the suspect intentionally maintained direct eye contact with the woman during the act. He is described as a Black man between the ages of 30 and 40 years old. He had a short, scruffy beard and was about 5 feet, 9 inches tall.

Police say that after the victim confronted the suspect, he immediately exited the bus on Rockafeller Road and was last seen walking in the direction of Suttons Lane.
