Police: Man accused of burglary at Rutgers Newark parking deck

Officials say that Jmarkus Baker, 51, faces multiple charges, including forgery, burglary and theft.

Rutgers University police have arrested a man accused of a burglary in a parking deck on the Newark campus on Aug. 9.
Officials say that Jmarkus Baker, 51, faces multiple charges, including forgery, burglary and theft. They say the burglary happened within Parking Deck 2 on Washington Street. They say that Baker is not affiliated with Rutgers in any way.
Rutgers police are warning students to use caution and to report any suspicious activity.
