Police say they’ve charged a Jersey City man accused of multiple robberies in Secaucus.

Kendall Smith, 32, along with another suspect robbed several people staying at various hotels between May 17 and June 4, according to police.

Smith and his accomplice allegedly forced their way into the rooms, threatened the victims and stole personal items.

The vehicle they got away in was captured by license plate readers earlier this week and within a few hours Smith was arrested in Jersey City.
