Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash Sunday morning in Franklin.
The crash occurred on State Highway 23.
Police say a car was turning into a ShopRite shopping center when the motorcycle plowed into the car and then hit a second car.
Witnesses say that the rider appeared to be speeding.
The name of the motorcyclist who died is being withheld pending notification to the family.
