Police in Montclair say a young girl assaulted a Dunkin’ manager when things became unruly after being asked to leave.
The incident happened last week at the location on Bloomfield Avenue.
According to police, six to seven female juveniles entered the store, unmasked, and requested free doughnuts. The manager reported that they then became unruly, and when asked to leave, the group became abusive.
Police say one girl assaulted the manager while another attempted to get behind the counter. That’s when two customers intervened, and the two girls reportedly attacked them before running away.
There is no word on any arrests. No injuries were reported.
