Police say they have arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting in Hasbrouck Heights.
Investigators say 83-year-old John Wisse shot his downstairs tenant, Gerald Velardi, after an argument.
The shooting happened Saturday on Passaic Street.
Police found Wisse on the second floor of the home with a .38-caliber handgun.
Wisse is now charged with aggravated manslaughter.
