The New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association is calling for action after claims of cheating on the police sergeant’s exam.
The Civil Service Commission administered the test on March 1.
The PBA says the commission has not given any updates on the investigation or released the exam results. It is urging the CSC to ensure fairness before releasing the results.
The New Jersey State Association of Chiefs is taking a different approach by asking that the commission not release the results until an investigation has been completed.
The results of this specific exam are normally released around this time of year.
News 12 reached out to the CSC for comment and is waiting to hear back.
