A former Jersey Mike’s employee is accused of trying to break into two Jersey Mike’s locations last month.

Wall Township police say there was an attempted burglary at the store located at 1933 Highway 35 on Dec. 16. Investigators found that a similar incident occurred at the Jersey Mike’s in Ocean Township.

Officials say 25-year-old Jacob Long is facing charges related to both crimes. They say he formerly worked at both locations.
