Police: Brinks armored truck robbed outside of Woodbridge Home Depot

The suspects drove off after the robbery and headed toward Rahway.

Woodbridge police say that they are looking for two people accused of robbing a Brinks armored truck outside of the town’s Home Depot on Tuesday.
Police say that the robbery happened around 11:30 a.m. They say that two people armed with guns were wearing masks, dark hoodies and dark pants.
The driver of the truck was said to be leaving the back of the Home Depot when it happened. That driver was holding a secured bank bag.
The suspects drove off after the robbery and headed toward Rahway. Police have not released a description of their getaway car.
It was unclear how much money was stolen.
