Police say three people are under arrest in Wayne after a shoplifting spree.
The spree came to an end when police officer observed a driver in a Toyota following another car too closely without a seat belt on.
None of the suspects in the car were able to show any proof of a driver’s license, and were driving with license plates that belonged to another vehicle, according to police.
Police say they found a few thousand dollars in stolen merchandise from nearby stores including Ulta, Kohl's, JC Penney and Macy's.
