Police: 2 people wearing ski masks ransack home near Rutgers University

The Rutgers Police Department is probing a home invasion in which it says two people wearing ski masks ransacked a home in New Brunswick.

The Rutgers Police Department is probing a home invasion in which it says two people wearing ski masks ransacked a home in New Brunswick.
The incident happened Friday around 11:55 p.m. near the intersection of Hamilton and Louis streets.
According to police, the two people made off with some personal property. Police say the masked invaders knocked on the door, waited for the victims to open it and forced their way into the home.
Police say four people, including three that are affiliated with the university, were home at the time.
Police say the invaders threatened the residents, but no injuries were reported.
