Police: 2 Old Bridge residents arrested for keeping 21 animals in unsanitary conditions

All of the animals are now being cared for at the Old Bridge Animal Shelter.

Two Old Bridge residents accused of keeping 21 animals in unsanitary conditions were arrested on Friday.
Police say 16 dogs, three birds, one cat and a mouse were rescued from their home.
Tracey Kass and Shane Ulmer have been charged with animal cruelty.
All of the animals are being cared for at the Old Bridge Animal Shelter.
