Police say 43-year-old Corey Beasley was fatally shot on Leslie Street just after 7:30 p.m.
Three other people were injured and are currently being treated in the hospital, according to authorities.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made yet.
Authorities ask anyone with information about the crime to contact the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.
