Portobello, a restaurant in Oakland, Bergen County, has some new restrictions in place after a photo from the night before Thanksgiving was shared online.

The picture shows people packed in the outdoor bar area with only few wearing masks.

According to NJ.com, the borough's council voted to approve a motion requiring the restaurant to close outdoor dining by 4 p.m. every afternoon. 

The owner will have to meet with council before the restriction can be lifted.
