Rosie, a 2-year-old shepherd mix, was found abandoned by her owner on the rooftop of a building in Paterson.

Despite Rosie's challenging past, News 12 was told her spirit of love and hope is unwavering.

Best Friend Dog and Animal Adoption and RBARI stepped in to help rescue Rosie and she's now available for adoption.
