A man from Paterson is charged with attempted murder for a shooting in August.
The Passaic County prosecutor and Paterson police say Anthony Moore was arrested yesterday.
The 43-year-old is also charged with unlawful possession of a weapon.
The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 4 near Park Avenue and Summer Street.
A 19-year-old man from Newark was taken to the hospital after being shot and wounded.
If convicted, Moore could face up to 10 to 20 years in prison.
