The rapid drop in temperatures is expected to create icy conditions tonight into early Monday morning.

Parts of Skyline Drive are currently closed due to the impending weather. Drivers are able to go down the road but not up.

News 12’s Dave Curren says temperatures could to the single digits within the next 12 hours.

There is also a risk of developing frostbite or hypothermia later today when temperatures drop.
