Parents, students and teachers voiced their displeasure this morning over the state's plan to reorganize Newark schools.
Officials say the city will shut down several underachieving schools in June, including the Dr. Martin Luther King Junior School.
The move is part of a reorganization plan that includes opening eight new Renew schools and expanding existing charter and magnet schools.
