Panera Bread has settled a lawsuit with the family of a Jersey City college student who died after drinking a highly caffeinated lemonade offered at the restaurant.

The lawsuit claimed that the “Charged Lemonade” was offered with Panera’s other drinks, regardless of the caffeine levels.

Sarah Katz had a heart condition and was not supposed to consume high levels of caffeine.
