Owner of Lacey Township diner faces new charge that could result in jail time for allowing indoor dining

The owner of Lakeside Diner in the Forked River section of Lacey Township, who has been allowing customers to dine indoors despite New Jersey's indoor dining ban, now faces a new fourth-degree charge of violating a court order.

The owner of Lakeside Diner in the Forked River section of Lacey Township, who has been allowing customers to dine indoors despite New Jersey's indoor dining ban, now faces a new fourth-degree charge of violating a court order.

If convicted on that charge, owner Brian Brindisi could receive an 18-month prison sentence and $10,000 in fines.
Brindisi also received a 13 disorderly persons charge for allegedly violating an executive order.
Brindisi reopened his indoor dining area in June.
