Owner confronts accused burglar at Uniondale business
Police say the owner confronted the man and told him to leave, but he refused.

A Queens man is facing multiple charges after police say he was caught while breaking into a Uniondale restaurant.
According to investigators, the owner of Morning Delights received a motion alert from his security camera and responded to the restaurant. There he allegedly found 26-year-old Josiah Paul using tools in an attempt to gain entry to a neighboring business.
Police say the owner confronted Paul and told him to leave, but he refused.
The owner called police and after investigating they placed Paul under arrest.
Paul allegedly damaged a door and stole food.
He is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and other related offenses.
