Health officials in Hunterdon County are warning the public about a rabid coyote after a person was bit this past weekend.

Health officials in Hunterdon County are warning the public about a rabid coyote after a person was bit this past weekend.
According to officials, the person was bit Saturday at the Point Mountain Reservation in Lebanon.
Officials have not said if the animal was captured, but they ask anyone who may have come in contact with the coyote between Oct. 13 and Oct. 27 to see a doctor.
The central section of the park will be closed through Nov. 3.
