Three people, including two children, were rescued from an unguarded beach Wednesday in Ocean Grove.
Authorities say swimmers were seen screaming for help in the water at Main Avenue beach at around 8 p.m.
First responders and a bystander jumped to save the group and pulled them from the water.
The swimmers were treated for minor injuries, according to authorities.
Officials also remind people to never get into water after dark or swim on beaches without lifeguards.
