A fire broke out early Sunday morning at an office building on Shrewsbury Avenue in Tinton Falls, forcing the staff of New Jersey Sen. Vin Gopal to cancel all in-person meetings.

Fire crews from Neptune, Asbury Park, and Wall worked to put out the fire for about four hours.
The fire started in a storage closet on the second floor and spread up to the roof.
There have been no reports of injuries, and the cause of the fire is still unknown.
