An immigration raid was launched in Newark this morning at Ocean Seafood Depot.
The building on Adams Street was surrounded by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and members of the FBI. By one count, 26 agents were at the front entrance with more at the rear and sides.
The raid began around 9 a.m., and three vans left possibly carrying people who were detained inside. Workers not taken into custody waited nearby but declined to speak.

Newark police are not involved because the city is a sanctuary city.
Officials have not said how many people are in custody or why the business was targeted again.
