The North Jersey Equestrian Center has reopened with new virus-related rules.
The Pompton Plains facility is only teaching lessons outdoors while maintaining social distancing.
Lessons for young children and therapy lessons are still on hiatus since the instructor has to be hands-on for safety purposes.
Even though the facility has reopened, not all students have returned.
