NJ Transit to hold 3 virtual forums for improvement feedback

Customers will have an opportunity to share their experiences and suggest improvements.

New Jersey Transit is moving quickly to comply with Gov. Mikie Sherrill’s executive order to improve the commuter experience.

The agency will hold virtual forums to get the public’s feedback.

They are scheduled for:

  • Tuesday, March 31 – 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Thursday, April 2 – 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Saturday, April 4 – 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Customers will have an opportunity to share their experiences and suggest improvements.

Sherrill’s order gave NJ Transit 45 days to come up with a rapid action plan.
