NJ Transit rail service on the Northeast Corridor resumed Tuesday morning with limited service in both directions between Trenton and Rahway following Amtrak overhead wire issues near Metuchen.
Service was briefly suspended and commuters experienced two-hour delays Monday night.
Rail tickets are being cross honored by bus, PATH and private carriers at Newark Penn Station and 33rd Street in New York.
