Also time for the kiddos to head back to school and thanks to News 12, they're gonna have a cool new backpack. Some of your favorites in mind are Kurt Siegel and Roxanne Evans and Dave Curran were at First Baptist Church in Vauxhall for a backpack giveaway earlier today. Very busy afternoon here in the parking lot of the First Baptist Church of Vauxhall. This is the News 12 tent a back to school event. We're giving away 450 backpacks today, Rox is here, Dave is here seeing a lot of cute kids. Oh, my goodness, Kurt, honestly, you know, when you see these kids come up and really appreciate everything that we're doing. It warms the heart. These kids are wonderful. I just want to take them all home with me. They are awesome. Sure. The parents wanted you to take the kids home with them. About 1000 kids are cycling through this parking lot today, getting ready for back to school and we met maybe the youngest kid here. A little girl named Blake who's getting ready to go into kindergarten. It's a big year for you, right? Are you excited? What do you see in the backpack that you got stuff, some good stuff. Good kindergarten stuff. Good luck little man. What are you looking forward to the most going to space baby on the moon? Wow. In seventh grade you got to do that. No, maybe when I'm older everybody got a school list for the summer. So, you know, some stores don't have certain stuff because everybody buying stuff at the same time. So, it's a big help. Here you go. There's some good stuff in there. You're making a difference in a lot of families. Exactly. We absolutely are. The organization was founded in 2017 and one of our things is to ensure we can always get back to the community. Have a good school year. So, what are these kids getting a ruler, ruler fundamental?
