The Newark Police Department is trying to identify a group of people they say robbed a man at knifepoint last week.
Police say the victim was walking near 18th Avenue and South 12th Street last Tuesday when a group of Black men approached him. Police say one of the suspects pulled out a knife and threatened the victim and stole his wallet.
Officials say the victim’s credit card was later used at a convenience store in Irvington.
