Police say Quasim Rooks was last seen on Clifton Avenue wearing a Nike jacket, blue jeans and black ACG Nike boots.

Newark police working to locate man missing since November
Newark police are seeking the public’s help in finding a 23-year-old man who they say has been missing since November.
Authorities say Quasim Rooks, of Newark, was reported missing since Nov. 19, 2023. He was last seen on the 200 block of Clifton Avenue wearing a Nike jacket, blue jeans and black ACG Nike boots.
Rooks is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 140 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a brown skin complexion.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Police Division's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
